With recognized legal and business experience acquired in Brazil and abroad, Luís Granda plays important role as an advisor for his clients, helping them on the establishment and management of business activities according with corporate governance and compliance principles.

Along with Granda Advogados’ professional team, Luís Granda have achieved remarkable victories and distinctive results for clients from different business sectors, with recognition for his technical knowledge, personalized approach and for his endurance on pursuing effective results.

Before founding Granda Advogados in 2007, Luís Granda acquired remarkable professional experience from renowned law firms and consulting companies in Brazil and abroad, including KPMG, DELOITTE and Instate Pty. Australia.

Mr. Granda received his Bachelor of Law Degree in 1998 from Mackenzie University in São Paulo, he was admitted in this same year before Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and before the State o São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP).

Mr. Granda received his Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law from the Catholic University of Sao Paulo in 2002; Postgraduate Diplomas on Corporations Law and Tax Treaties from University of Sydney – Australia in 2004 and Postgraduate Diploma in Social Security Law from Escola Paulista de Direito - São Paulo in 2008.

Mr. Granda acted as Professor of Tax Topics at the Course of Controlling from Mackenzie University.
